Kevin’s career in kitchens started in the early 1990’s when he was given the opportunity to work in the kitchen department of the leading big box store. Immediately he fell in love with the learning aspect of the kitchen business and was very successful in sales. From here Kevin went on to work for a major Canadian kitchen manufacturer and progressed to the position of National Accounts Manager for North America. It was in these more senior roles that Kevin learned he had a love and passion for the business side of business. The strategic planning, financial management, people development and long term sustainable growth of companies became his passion.
Kevin moved away from the kitchen industry for nearly 15 years and very successfully held senior and executive level positions.While working in these seniorpositions, Kevin had the opportunity to further his education by taking several executive courses at The University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business for Financial Management, York University - Schulich School of Business Executive Sales Program and The University of Maryland – Business Management. Kevin understands that the success he achieved was not his alone, and could not have been accomplished without the strong determination and commitment of the teams that he worked alongside of.
In early 2016 an opportunity presented itself to work with and alongside the Dynamic Kitchens team, an opportunity that Kevin was excited about and eagerly accepted bringing him full circle and back to the industry that he has always said was “the most enjoyable learning experience and most rewarding time” of his career.
